We love CAKE....and we make enough of them to know how good they can be!  Order one today, or stop on in and see what's fresh in our cases! We specialize in custom cake for your special event-Weddings, Birthdays, Showers, and More, and have alos included our favorite cake combinations below!

From-Scratch Cake Flavors, Fillings and Frostings

Cake Flavors:  Vanilla, Chocolate, Marble, Banana, Carrot, Lemon, Peanut Butter, Red Velvet, Pumpkin.

Filling:s/Frostings: Buttercreams (Vanilla, Chocolate, Cream Cheese, Fresh Strawberry, Almond, Mocha, Peanut Butter, Caramel, Orange) , Fruit (Strawberry, Raspberry, Cherry),  Chocolate Ganache, Chocolate Mousse, Fondant.  

Our Favorite Cakes include our:

Chocolate Mousse: Chocolate cake, choclate mousse filling, covered in a rich choclate ganache! So decadent!

Strawberry Vanilla Cake: Moist vanilla cake, filled with fresh chopped strawberries and covered in a fluffy vanilla buttercream!

Red Velvet Cake: Our popular Red Velvet cake, filled and frosted with Cream Cheese Buttercream!

Mocha Torte: One layer choclate and one layer vanilla cake, filled and frosted with a light mocha buttercream and topped with chocolater covered coffee beans!

Lemon Squueeze Cake: Two lyers of amazingly moist lemon cake, filled with our gourmet lemon icing, and frosted with our fluffy vanilla buttercream! So Fresh!

Peanut Butter Cake: Chef Molly's favorite cake-an old school yummy favorite! Peanut cake, filled and frosted with a chocolate buttercream...so fun!

Black Forest Cake: Moist dark chocolate cake, filled with cherries and whipped cream, and frosted with vanilla frosting topped with chocolate shaving and cherries! A classic!

Classic Carrot Cake: Amazing carrot cake, no nuts, filled and frosted with our creamy Crema-Cheese Buttercream!

 -Tiered Cakes: Rounds, Squares, Topsy-Turvy, etc.

- 3-D Cakes: Go crazy…purses, princesses, trucks, & trains,  giant cupcakes & donuts, sports balls, present boxes, alligators, stadiums…let’s have fun!

 -Round, Square & Sheet Cakes: Decorate them as desired, or we carve them too! Crosses, animals, favorite characters, sports jerseys, etc.

 - Cupcakes : Piped frosting, fondant toppers, etc.

We utilize a variety of decorating techniques to make your cake one-of-a-kind.  All cakes are decorated by hand especially for you! We can pull ideas from your party theme, favorite toy, magazines, or anywhere our imaginations take us!  We utilize a variety of decorating techniques including classic piping, fondant  work, gum paste  & pastiage  creations, candy, chocolate, molded chocolates, fruit, etc.!

Cupcakes:  The Dirt Cup, The Sprinkle Supreme,The Vanilla Bean, The Double Chocolate, The Cookie Surprise, The Hostess, The Mint Chocolate,The Red Velvet, The Peanut Butter, The Caramel, The Hazelnut Chocolate, The Carrot Cake, The Lemon Squeeze, The Carrot and special Seasonal Varieties each month, including The Citrus Squeeze, Pumkin, etc.....  We can also custom decorate (minimum order by the dozen) , and make in mini-sizes (minimum order of 12 per flavor).

Lollicakes: A Cake Lollipop with cake and frosting all swirled together and covered in a rich chocolate. Available in Vanilla, Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Lemon, and Red Velvet! We can also bag, bow or custom decorate for special orders.

Cookies: Our signature cookie sleeves hold a dozen of our mini-chocolate chip and chocolate-dipped peanut butter cookies, our pink boxes hold half-dozen or our choclate chip/Vanilla Cookie snadwhiches, and our hand-decroated 4inch suagr cookies are available in a variety of seasonal shapes & decorations, or by special order!

Bundt Cakes: Perfect for breakfast, brunches or Snacks!  Blueberry-Orange, Chocolate Chip, & Cinnamon Swirl available.

Cheesecakes: Freshly made cheesecakes, available in Original, Chocolate, Raspberry Swirl and Chocolate Swirl.

Fresh Pies: Freshly made from scratch, with a flaky crust and fresh fruit. Available in Cherry, Chocolate Mousse and Banana Foster!

Chocolate Bark: Delicious and Decadent!  A White Choclate with seasonal candy topping, and a Dark Chocolate with a Triple But & Fruit Mix (Cherries, Cranberries, Walnut, Almond & Pistachio).

Chocolate Truffles: our newest sweets...and amazingly good!  Hand-made truffles from the finest swiss choclates. We make Dark Chocolate, Dark Chocolate Oraage, Dark Chocolate Raspberry, Dark Chocolate Mint, Dark Chocolate Coffee, White Chocolate Lemon and White Chocolate Chai.  Available in boxes of 6-count, all bowed and ready to go!
